Return Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 3-5 business(or more) days of receiving your request.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Promotional item(s) are final and cannot be returned/exchanged
• Returned item(s) must be returned in original packaging
• Returned item(s) must have no signs of wear and/or use (should not be installed before)
• All item(s) purchased from our resellers should be returned/ exchanged with them directly according to their own policy, H2yunshen will not be held responsible for the return/exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

• We always leave 1 day more for buyer to consider if cancel before delivery. after delivery, goods return will need be agreed by seller after received of Buyer's request by emails.
• Buyer shall send emails request to cancel or return the goods, and only after seller's review and confirmed, goods return will be respected.
• Goods return only be respected by real quality problem.
• Buyer should bear the shipping cost from both end (sending and delivery)
• All item(s) must be in the original packaging
• Bring all item(s) for return/exchange to nominated warehouse via confirmed by email.
  
• Bring along the invoice as proof of purchase
• Goods if use already and no proof to verify its quality problem, not agree to return.
• Personalized Logo Printed on Goods not agree to return unless real product quality.
• Buyer once placed the order, he or she could send emails to request seller to standby the delivery until get proof from buyer to arrange delivery.
• All return charges will be minus bank charges from received and sending back by Paypal or Bank if to request
• All above condition could change if both side have any of new agreements.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. You will be refunded in full minus any shipping paid at checkout. If redo was purchased, this is also non-refundable. Please note, while we process refunds within 10 business days, your bank or credit card issuer may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

WE DO NOT COVER

• Missing parcels or re-delivery fees due to invalid / incorrect address information provided by you 
• Delays in transit 
• Order marked as unfulfilled or unshipped. This may be due to a pre-order or delay in shipping during high-volume periods (ex. Holidays). 
• International orders stuck in customs - we can't be held responsible for customs delays. Please get in touch with your chosen carrier and pay required customs fees. If you refuse customs payments, we are not liable for any return to sender fees and these will be deducted from your refund. 
• Items that are returned to us for a refund or exchange that are in an unsellable condition 
• If you requested items to be left outside your property and they go missing - this waives the right to any claim as per carrier terms and conditions 

Additional Information: 

• We do not provide any collection service for refunds
• If you made an online order on our website, you can contact us to cancel/amend the order in1 business day (Normally we will send goods during next working day)
• All refunds will take 5-7 business days to process and allow 7 business days or more for any refund to be reflected in your statement (depending on your bank)
